Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead construction projects, specializing in developing warehouses and retail CRUs from brown land to completion.
• Navigate the project lifecycle seamlessly, overseeing activities from estimating to client handover.
• Collaborate closely with the owner, ensuring project objectives harmonize with company goals.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Diligently monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Uphold strict adherence to safety regulations and champion industry best practices.
