Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Delivery Leader
In this role, we are seeking a talented and motivated individual who can excel in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure revenue growth in existing Genpact clients for the Vertical
- Work with support functions and various teams to ensure smooth delivery of RPA engagements
- Error free delivery to customers within constraints of budgets and schedules. Meeting revenue and AOI targets.
- Manage delivering of engagements for the Vertical to the satisfaction of customers and NPS/CSAT ratings
- Maintain a level of capability readiness in order to be prepared to successfully support the delivery of customer engagements (skilled, trained, and available workforce, delivery infrastructure, partner relations, tools & methods, technical solutions, and delivery structure)
- Forecast, Recruit and hire employees globally for the Vertical and manage bench within the budgets - right number, level, skill, and location mix to deliver on practice metrics
- Ensure employee satisfaction and manage employee retention, career growth, skill growth and motivation
- Work with industry, market, and delivery teams to optimize and align RPA capabilities with the broader teams and ensure value enhancement
- Drive solutioning, development & deployment of the RPA program for specific verticals
- Transformation of business operations & delivery of complex processes to reduce cost, drive efficiency and improve quality
- Work closely with the stakeholders and operating teams to ensure greater customer satisfaction
- Own end to end delivery and implementation for customers
- Manage a diverse team of developers and project managers
- Drive project salvage and firs time right delivery
Qualifications Minimum qualifications • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Preferred qualifications
· Good oral/written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
