Job description

Adecco is currently hiring a temporary full-time Contractor Management Coordinator to workin Fort McMurray, AB. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contractual agreements, coordinating contractor onboarding and offboarding processes, and facilitating communication between contractors and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:


Contract Management
• Create SOWs/POs on behalf of Group Leaders
• Validate and approve invoices for SOWs and POs within MExT
• Manage contractor vehicle pass applications
• Weekly cost reports to vendors
• Verify LEMS are signed properly

Rental and Auxiliary Equipment Management
• Enter and retain data on all small rental and owned auxiliary equipment
• Assist operations leaders in utilizing the equipment tracking app
• Run reports on equipment utilization and report data to management
• Provide data for cost tracking tools

Material Coordination
• Order materials for MExT operations teams
• Interact with vendors getting budgetary estimates for material orders
• Find lowest cost options for materials and components
• Scrutinize requests for ordering to ensure they are in the best interest of the company

Ad-Hoc Requests
• Complete ad-hoc requests related to contract management and small rental and owned equipment management
