·        Scheduling appointments by telephone with warm lead clients
·         No cold calling, prospecting, or paying for leads
·        Presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages over Zoom
·        Engage families to explain insurance options to protect the family in the future.
·        Update reports, records and other organizational tools to accurately report progress
·        Complete Insurance applications
·        Actively recruit, mentor, train your team  
·        Attending ongoing training sessions to improve throughout your career
