Pay rate for 10-hour shift Sr. role $32 $34.00 +$1.50 shift premium paid benefits from day one and bonus plan

Responsibilities
• Perform routine maintenance checks, reporting improper machine function and Operates all manual, CNC, or EDM machines to perform completely and independently specific operations as outlined in the methods and process sheets
• Change, set, and adjust precision tools as required
• Load, create and delete programs on the computer
• Make adjustments to feeds and speeds on the assigned machine.
• Grind own cutting tools and drills (other than special-purpose tools).
• Consistently maintain specific tolerances and accurately perform dimensions
• Check parts using specified gages or check parts using furnished fixtures to see that dimensions are being maintained.
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
- CNC machinists with 10 years of experience working
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and blueprints.
- Proven ability to machine various materials
- Custom job shop experience is an asset
- Technical/Mechanical troubleshooting
