We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team full-time. Ideally you have worked in an agency environment in the past .The ideal candidate is an organized, confident, extrovert, who will enjoy communicating and connecting with our customers, and adept at picking up new softwares.
This individual is assertive with excellent written communication and presentation skills and is comfortable discussing both the highlights and challenges that may be present during the lifetime of a campaign. This position is based in Calgary and interested candidates must be comfortable with working in office 5 days per week during the probationary phase. Following a 3 month probation period, a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office, 2 remote is possible.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and objectives to provide strategic marketing solutions.
* Assist in creating marketing plans and managing projects across various programs and marketing channels.
* Help to draft content for blog posts, press releases, email newsletters, and social media channels.
* Manage reports in tools such as Sprout Social, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and SEMRush.
* Brainstorm ideas on how to further refine marketing outreach to various target audiences linked to your accounts.
* Coordinate with the creative team to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth.
* Ensure client satisfaction through excellent service delivery, resolving any issues, and handling complaints professionally.
* Monitor and report on account performance, providing insightful feedback and recommendations for improvements.
* Perform other administrative duties pertaining to marketing programs.
Qualifications:
* You must have prior agency experience. We are looking for a candidate comfortable with the pace of projects and the commitment to hit deadlines.
* This is a communication heavy role. We are looking for an individual with strong writing, editing and proofing skills to ensure your communication is free of typos.
* Exceptional client service skills with a knack for building strong client relationships.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
* Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
* Experience with social media management and SEO tools like Google Adwords, Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Sprout Social considered a plus.
Salary and Benefits:
Starting salary for the Account Management role begins at $60,000 annually.
In addition to the base salary, as a motivated team member, you have the opportunity to earn additional income through our sales commission program. If you introduce the sales team to new leads and opportunities that they successfully secure a contract with, you will be eligible for a commission based on these sales. This program is designed to reward your efforts in driving business growth and creating new opportunities for the company.
