Job description

Advantages
• Permanent position
• Competitive pay of $22/hr
• 4-day work week (Mon-Thurs; 10-hour shift per day)
• Company benefits package available upon completion of 3-month probationary period

Responsibilities
• Paint door slabs with water based paint products
• Operate a paint machine
• Stain and finish doors, including top coats to a superior finish
• Ability to mix paint using solutions
• Clean and wash spray guns before changing paint
• Help in other departments and perform other tasks as required

Qualifications
• Experience in painting, woodworking, wood finishing or window/door building
• Ability to safely and efficiently operate equipment such as drills, hand tools, tape measure, scale,, spray tools/guns
• Accurately read and follow production paperwork

• Ability to accurately read a scale and have basic mathematical skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks and can lift up to 50 lbs
