What you’ll do: - Deliver positive customer experiences by following best practices for customer service and effectively communicating/escalating.
- Complete residential and commercial installations of broadband equipment and services.
- Analyze and find solutions for emergency repair situations.
- Repair or replace faulty drop cables.
- Replace faulty broadband electronics, coaxial, and fibre optic cables.
- Complete maintenance and repair tasks using advanced test equipment.
- Perform all work in accordance with quality control guidelines and company policies and procedures.
What you’ll bring to the team: - Minimum Grade 12 education.
- Electronics/electrical wiring background preferred.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must have no fear of heights and be able to carry 75 lbs.
