The Position:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Marketing Analytics.
The Manager, Marketing Analytics is responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to assist in addressing current/future performance and results of the Company. Identify issues, areas of improvement, opportunities and provide recommendations for informed decision making.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources (internal and external) to identify issues, trends, and patterns to generate meaningful insights and actionable recommendations to drive revenue, growth and change.
- Use various data analysis techniques to develop performance measures, metrics and KPI’s for evaluations and informed decision making
- Develop models, forecasts, reports and dashboards that provide insights into market dynamics, product placement, customer behaviour and sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure that analysis and insights are validated, relevant to business needs and viable.
- Collaborate with various departments including marketing, finance, and operations to understand business needs, initiatives and support organizational/divisional goals
- Communicate data-driven insights, reports and recommendations to management
- Identify and investigate opportunities for improving business processes and practices
- Contribute to the support and execution of sales, marketing and operational objectives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions
- Understand consumer behaviour and how Conair differentiates from its competitors in the market
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree/Masters in Business or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years in a marketing analyst role, preferably within the consumer packaged goods industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve and make evidence-based recommendations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Able to work independently and with initiative in a dynamic, team environment
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey analytical information in a clear and concise manner
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create reports, spreadsheets, presentations; knowledge of SAP an asset
