Job description

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
Responsible for checking quality of raw meat, vegetables and other food supplies.
Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
Oversee kitchen operations.
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
May clean kitchen and work area.
Responsible for attending yearly meeting with franchisee of saskatoon and area and may plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs.
Monitor and order supplies.
May hire and train other employee.
