Starfish Medical  has an opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Purchasing and Logistics Manager  to join the dynamic and growing Supply Chain team in their Victoria, BC office. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Purchasing and Logistics Manager plays a critical role in optimizing supply chain processes, controlling costs, and maintaining an organized inventory system. You will bring the ability to lead and mentor a dynamic team while managing strategic procurement, logistics, and inventory to ensure the efficient operation of our projects. Skilled in developing, reporting, and creating action plans around department metrics, you have the knowledge to evaluate MRP/ERP systems and the aptitude to effectively communicate with the finance team to monitor and control expenses related to purchasing, logistics and inventory.

Total compensation range is expected to be:

$73,190 – $91,488 CAD for this position. Annual variable compensation tied to the completion of goals has a target that is between 3-8% of the base salary. Employees are also eligible to earn profit sharing.

StarFish Medical works with external compensation consultants annually to ensure our ranges reflect the market and our compensation philosophy. StarFish Medical utilizes a career framework that outlines the skills, abilities and behaviors that are required to move between levels of a job family. Placement within a range is based upon those skills, abilities, and behaviors. When candidates are assessed for the posted position, we may find that their skills are more aligned with a different level and will discuss that as a separate opportunity. That position may have a different pay range.
