Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Life Insurance Sales Specialist. The Life Insurance Sales Specialist will be responsible for prospecting, securing appointments, presenting, and servicing our life insurance products to labour union members and their families. The Life Insurance Sales Specialist is expected to submit complete and accurate applications for timely processing by our home office and maintain accurate records, low lapse rates, and high persistency rates.

Qualifications

• Possess a current Life Insurance License (or willing to obtain one) (Short online course)
• Excellent communication, presentation, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Demonstrated sales and customer relationship experience
• Knowledge of labour union organizations and an understanding of the labour community's needs is preferred
