Job description
We are working with leader in Class-A Apartment Developer and they are seeking a Bilingual Marketing Manager for property and corporate marketing initiatives. This role offers exposure to every facet of rental development, reporting to the VP of Marketing and collaborating with various teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multi-family marketing across the portfolio
- Develop strategic plans to differentiate projects and maximize revenue
- Ensure consistent branding standards
- Create and manage marketing budgets
- Produce detailed monthly lease-up reports
- Oversee third-party vendors and deliverables
- Maintain organized marketing assets
- Manage production for various marketing materials
- Adjust campaigns based on analytics
- Consult on new developments from a marketing perspective
Requirements:
- 4+ years of marketing-related experience
- University or college degree in marketing or related field
- Analytical with up-to-date market knowledge
- Bilingual, Québécois French & English
- Prior experience in an agency setting with a strong background in both account management and project management is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Professional photography skills considered an asset
- Flexibility to occasionally work additional hours
