Job description

- Perform monthly supply planning activities on Toronto Customer Service Programs

- Monthly VEX analysis and reduction on Excess and Static inventory

- Responsible for monthly reporting on Logistics activities and KPI management

- Data Analysis in regards to inventory, cycle counting, warehouse turn-around time, etc.

- Daily interaction with Customer Service Warehouse as their primary focal

- Expedite urgent parts from the moment they arrive on site until delivered to CS warehouse

- Daily management of the QRQC meeting in CS warehouse and the updating of the QRQC board

- Troubleshoot SAP related issues that prevents the warehouse from completing their daily tasks

- SAP Inventory location clean up and management between CS warehouse and Production

- Support Production and CS in monthly OPEX exercises

- Participate in after-hours AOG rotation

Job Requirements

- Must possess excellent problem solving skills and have the ability to be proactive and innovative in approach.

- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, a vast and in-depth working level knowledge of SAP is mandatory.

- Previous warehouse management experience in a unionized environment considered an asset.

- Analytical and organizational skills

- Ability to co-ordinate several projects/task at any given time

- Manage deadlines

- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
