Job description


Job Duties:
-Procure and manage inventory of liquor products, ensuring availability and optimal stock levels.
-Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, terms, and discounts for bulk purchases.
-Monitor market trends and consumer preferences to make informed purchasing decisions.
-Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and inventory levels using inventory management software.
-Coordinate with store management to forecast demand and plan purchasing accordingly.
-Ensure compliance with regulations related to the sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages.
