Your new role  

As a Mechanical Superintendent, you will

• Provide on-site coordination for all phases of the project, including coordinating subcontractors, materials, and equipment,
• Ensure that specifications are strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.
• Develop short- and long-term schedules in collaboration with the PM,
• Planning and scheduling the foreperson and journey people
• Developing a strong understanding of the project scope alongside the PM.

What you'll need to succeed  

• 10+ years in the mechanical construction industry,
• At least 5+ as a mechanical foreman
• Familiarity with Mechanical Contracting and associated components.
• Able to maintain good working relationships and communicate clearly
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office products a
• Be familiar with Bluebeam and Autodesk
• Be familiar with Autodesk and Trimble products.
