Bloom Recruitment is in search of an Account Manager with MSP experience to join our client's team immediately.
As an Account Manager, you will be the key liaison between customers and the technical team. You will be responsible for cultivating strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs, and ensuring that products and services align with their objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving technical excellence and ensuring that solutions are effectively leveraged to meet client requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting
- as a trusted advisor and advocate within the company
- vCIO Functions: Provide vCIO-level services to clients, including strategic technology planning, IT budgeting, and technology roadmap development. Backed by our technical experts the Account Manager will be in charge of running these quarterly meeting with our clients.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of company’s products and services, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the client's specific environment and business goals.
- Account Planning: Work with technical resources to develop account plans that ensure clients are effectively utilizing provided solutions and are aware of potential upgrades or enhancements.
- Technical Liaison: Serve as a liaison between clients and company’s technical teams, facilitating communication and ensuring prompt issue resolution.
- Client Training: Provide clients with training and guidance on the effective use of company products and services.
- Inside Sales: Manage inside sales of hardware and software to existing customers as needed.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address potential relationship issues, helping clients
- overcome challenges and optimize their experience with company
- Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from clients and communicate it internally to influence product development and improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing technical role within the Managed Service Provider industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Sales acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities with existing clients.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- A customer-centric approach and a passion for ensuring client success.
