Job description

Position: Order Entry / Customer Service Representative
Location: Mississauga (On-site, 5 times a week)
Job Type: 6-7 month contract

This dynamite company is looking for Customer Service Representatives for their Mississauga location to work onsite every day. They need people who have true order entry experience and follow the client's product order from beginning to end. If you have CSR experience supporting a consumer product, in a distribution/warehouse environment, we want to hear from you ASAP.

Key responsibilities:

- Processing customer orders with SAGE software
- Answering inbound calls with a professional, clear and courteous manner
- Resolving customer enquiries relating to products, tracking shipments, pricing, promotional offers, returns, etc.
- Engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner in order to resolve issues
- Assisting sales representatives in providing maximum service to all customers

Qualifications and skills:

- 2 years of customer service and data entry experience in an office setting
- Microsoft Office Suite Experience
- ERP experience is an asset
- Strong organization and time management capabilities
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent keyboarding skills
