We are currently in search of a talented and experienced private home chef with expertise in North American, French Canadian, Mediterranean, and vegetarian cuisines. The focus of this role is to deliver delectable meals, emphasizing healthier options for both lunch and dinner on weekdays.

Organizational Skills: The family values well organized meal planning and preparation.
Menu Planning: Prepare menus in advance, taking into account preferences and dietary needs.
Leftovers Management: Efficiently prepare and organize the distribution of leftovers for later consumption.
Meal Prep for Absentees: Ability to prepare lunches for family members no at home during lunch hours. Additionally, demonstrating creativity in designing lunches that are convenient to enjoy in various settings such as the office, vehicles, outdoors, and more.
Venison: Experience in venison preparation and cooking is an asset but not required.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a home chef or in a similar role.
Proficiency in North American, French Canadian, and Mediterranean cuisines, with a strong understanding of vegetarian and healthier cooking.
Creative and adaptable in menu planning to suit diverse tastes.
Time management skills to deliver meals on schedule.
Strong communication skills and a passion for creating great tasting meals.
Highly organized with the ability to meticulously plan and curate menus well in advance, occasionally extending this service to cater to the culinary needs of extended family members.
Efficient management and distribution of leftovers.
English proficiency is essential; knowledge of French is considered an asset.
Must have personal transportation as the home is not accessible by public transit.
