Job description

This is a contract position for a Specialized IT Consultant for our public sector client.
Work location: Downtown Toronto
Duration: Twelve Months
7.25 hours/day
This is a Hybrid role that requires the candidate to be onsite 3 days of the week (This is a mandatory requirement of the role and is non-negotiable outside of exceptional circumstances.)

Responsibilities
- Leading the change management activities within the EPPM Service Optimization project for CSC
- Evaluating the change impact and organizational readiness
- Supporting training and communication as part of change management including designing or delivering specialized training resources to appropriate user groups
- Evaluating the risk of change and providing actionable guidelines on reducing the impact
- Evaluating resistance in adopting the change at the user, process and technology level
- Managing the change portfolio, which allows the organization to prepare for and successfully adopt the change
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the adoption of the changes and any required next steps


Qualifications
- 7+ Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Experience working with the various modules of Planview Enterprise (e.g. intake, financial management, request management, resource management, strategic portfolio management, etc.)
