Our Dealer Administrator is responsible for managing the daily workflow of client requests via their respective portals and leading the coordination between internal and external stakeholders to complete the request in an efficient manner while providing regular communication and excellent customer service. As the primary link between our clients, vendors, and internal Paladin team members, the Dealer Administrator is constantly engaged with all stakeholders, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
