Job description
Randstad Canada is looking for an experienced PROGRAMS SPECIALIST for our client in the Aerospace Industry, located in LaChine (Montreal).

Responsibilities
- Program Performance Review
- Ensure the program is healthy
- Provide performance KPI
- Work with Demand Planner team to ensure the forecast is accurate and loaded
- Responsible for optimization of WIP/Bin Qty on the floor
- Work with SIOP team to ensure Bin Qty on the production are optimized
- Provide customer with Line of Balance
- Proactive identify future gap in Line of Balance and work with Program Management team, SIOP team, supply planning and delivery team to close the gap in supply
- Responsible for data integrity for the program/contracts
- Analytics of functional group for the program
- Responsible for creating and maintaining supplier performance matrix
- Responsible to assist program management team for short term and long term planning
- Responsible for monitoring sales revenue and contract profitability for the contracts / program managed
Qualifications
- Bilingual, Advanced English is A MUST.
- ADVANCED Microsoft Excel knowledge (will have to pass Excel test)
- Minimum 4 years is similar roles
- Must have a car
- Proactive
- Detail oriented
