Job description

The Intake Specialist, under the direction of the immediate Supervisor, will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls. They will be a caring and results oriented individual who is able to interact with potential clients, families and referral sources. He/she will also contribute to other activities as necessary. This is a part-time role.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
The Client Intake Specialist reports to the Client Experience Manager as designated by the Managing Director.

Job Qualification

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
University/College education or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

Other Skills and Abilities
Ability to handle difficult situations in an objective consistent format, ability to work independently and as part of a team; excellent telephone communication skills and commitment to continual learning; above average communication and problem solving skills.

STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE
The Intake Specialist must demonstrate ongoing competency in completing all duties and responsibilities of this job description, in response to changes by the regulating body, as well as agreed upon specific goals and objectives.
