Job description

This is a contract position for a Technical Specialist - Case Management and ERP for our public sector client.
Work location: North York
Duration: Eight Months
7.25 hours/day
This is a Hybrid role that requires the candidate to be onsite 3 days of the week (This is a mandatory requirement of the role and is non-negotiable outside of exceptional circumstances.)

Responsibilities
· Providing hands-on design, implementation, and configuration of the various components of Siebel (Business Objects, Business Components, Screens, Views, Applets, Business Rules, Assignment Manager, Workflow & Scripts)
· Providing hands-on design, implementation, and configuration of solutions compliant with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA)
· Develop analytical and insightful recommendations to meet deliverable targets and complete tasks within budget and to customer satisfaction
· Produce design documents for all assigned deliverables related to maintenance releases
· Provide input into test strategy and test case development

· Develop and produce a test strategy
· Providing input and solutions regarding Siebel's capabilities and functions
· Contribute to and participate in non-development/configuration activities, namely but not limited to, documentation updates, presentations, testing plan development, project quality etc.
· Participate in repository performance tuning and troubleshooting activities
· Develop performance tuning and best practice guidelines
· All other tasks as assigned by the Cluster Manager, Project Manager & Technical Lead

Qualifications
6+ years of Siebel Development and Configuration Experience

Technical Skills:
· 6-8 years minimum Siebel technical hands-on solutions architecture/configuration/ design / development experience, of which 3 years must be on Siebel 8.x
· Focus on configuring / developing Assignment Manager, Business Rules, Workflow, Applets, Views, Screens, Code/Scripts and related Siebel Business Layer objects
· Strong Siebel Tools skills
· Case Management experience
· Siebel 8.x certification
· Experience on the following Siebel modules
· Public Sector CRM
· Contracts
· Lead Management
· Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal
· Campaign Management
· Marketing Resource Manager
· Public Sector eService
· Develop, produce and provide input into test strategy and test case development
· Superior verbal and written communication skills Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
· Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
· Demonstrated ability to work with functional and technical teams
· Demonstrated ability to participate in a large teams and work closely with other individual team members
· Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving
· Strong ability to work under pressure, work with aggressive time lines, and be adaptive to change
· Displays problem-solving and analytical skills, using them to resolve technical problems
