Job description

Are you an outstanding receptionist? Do you have experience as a receptionist and in administrative support? Are you bilingual, a team player and interested in joining a growing company and team in Anjou?

A Canadian company operating in 90 countries worldwide, specializing in metal recycling, is looking for a receptionist to join their Anjou office.

Under the supervision of the Human Resources Department Manager, you will handle the reception of calls, letters and e-mails, and assist the Human Resources team with data entry and administrative tasks.

Advantages
Permanent position
Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 37.5 hrs.
Salary between 50,000 and 55,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Receive calls, mail and e-mails.
- Greeting visitors.
- Administrative support such as billing and credit card management.
- Data entry and file sorting.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken.

- Comfortable with new technologies and good knowledge of IT tools (MS Office);
- Ability to manage several files at once.
- Organized, respectful of deadlines and proactive;
- Thorough and meticulous.
