Quality Assurance Analyst
What We Seek
As a Quality Assurance Analyst, this position will work side-by-side with several teams including development, production and customer success. Through this collaboration of teams, Quality Assurance Analyst’s help ensure products and services developed by the company meet and live up to our quality standards.
What Your Day Will Look Like
Assist with the planning, improvement, development and execution of both manual and automated tests
Report, diagnose, and validate defects/fixes
Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track their progress
Engage in products and services directly and indirectly through user testing and feedback scenarios to uncover, log, and track potential improvements to deliver optimal use experience
Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to stakeholders
Regularly communicate test progress against schedules, and software test results against requirements and expectations
Perform system, regression, integration, platform, and performance tests to certify various company solutions stability and usability
Create, document, and put into practice standardized usage procedures and guidelines in order to support team members
What Should Be In Your Bookbag
Degree in computer science, information technology (IT), or a related field, or three years equivalent experience required (can include course work in software design & development)
2 years of experience in software testing
Excellent time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly collaborative - demonstrated ability to work exceptionally well in teams
