Join our client as a Marketing & Sales Coordinator to spearhead development projects in the Real Estate sector. As a pivotal member of the team youll work closely with the Marketing Director to craft and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive lead generation and support the success of the sales team and clients. Your contributions will shape the marketing landscape of various communities in Surrey and Langley BC!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage innovative marketing programs that generate leads and drive sales success.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to execute strategic marketing initiatives for Real Estate projects.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional marketing results.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Create engaging content for digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Manage all social media channels ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across platforms.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders related to marketing including sales teams external agencies and vendors.
- Lead interior design consultants to ensure cohesive branding and design elements across marketing materials.
- Serve as a brand ambassador maintaining brand integrity and promoting brand awareness in all marketing efforts.
- Coordinating and scheduling homeowner walkthroughs and possessions.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track and analyze marketing performance.
Overall having general knowledge of full cycle marketing and media management (SEO Social Media Management Website Updates Email Marketing Press and Communication releases).
Qualifications:
- PostSecondary Degree/Diploma in Marketing Communications Business or related field.
- 3 years experience in Real Estate Marketing
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills ("People Person")
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and basic Photoshop skills preferred.
- Real Estate knowledge and experience is an asset.
- Familiarity with WordPress Adobe Creative Suite SEO or Social Media Marketing is a plus.
