Sirius Personnel is a Placement and Headhunting Agency that Specializes in Sales and Marketing Professionals in Canada. (
Our client is a manufacturer of safety equipment used by heavy duty trucks and is looking for a Bilingual Territory Manager in Montreal who will be responsible for promoting their products to the different audiences across Quebec and the Maritimes. This position is about influencing, representation and education. Ideally the candidate has both an electronics and an automotive background as these are technical products. Territory: Quebec and Maritimes
Workplace: Home Office (local to Montreal)
Products/Services: electronic safety equipment
Salary: Base $80,000-$85,000
Commissions/Bonus: Up to 10% on base
Car allowance: Vehicle provided + gas card
Expense’s reimbursement: All expenses reimbursed

Functions:
Analyze key markets and prepare a territory plan
Grow customer base by upselling and crosselling to existing clients
Promote company products to municipal bodies
Work with OEMs to understand their needs
Identify key distributors in your territory
Train and support distributors
Identify key end-users with fleets
Implicate, application engineers once opportunities are identified
Prepare proposals and presentations
Input sales information within CRM
Promote our products within key associations
Work with internal resources when trials are needed
Provide excellent customer service
Promote our brand
Job Requirements:
Development vs Maintenance: 30% vs 70%
Road vs Office: 50% vs 50%
Languages: French and English needed
Education: College degree minimum, technical training or knowledge would be an asset
Training: Full training provided +works with application engineers
Overnight Travel: 2 nights per month overnight travel
Years of experience: At least 3 years in a technical/industrial b2b sales role needed
