Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the position will be the direct supervisor of the Finance Division team, will have main responsibility for some operations of the Division and will assist the Senior Finance Manager in general administration of the Division. Some of the main duties include:
Assists in the management of all accounting procedures and systems used by TKC and contributes to the annual audit and on demand financial reports.
Provides Finance Division staff supervision, motivation, and mentoring, including performance management, scheduling, and training plans to ensure a cohesive and coordinated division team.
Assists in risk analysis and ensures insurance is in place for all operations and infrastructure across the government.
Ensure cost forecasting is an integrated component in all budgeting, staff increases, COLA, depreciation, utilities increase projections, etc.
