The Role:

Join our innovative and dynamic creative team as a Graphic Designer, where you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and driving engagement across digital and print campaigns. Reporting directly to the Manager Marketing, your responsibility revolves around the creation of captivating design elements tailored for a diverse array of digital and print campaigns, email marketing, social media, and advertisements. In this collaborative role, you'll work closely with cross-functional team members to elevate our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive our business objectives forward.

Your role encompasses the full spectrum of creative endeavors, from conceptualization to execution. Using a suite of software programs, you'll bring visual concepts to life across multiple channels, ensuring that each piece resonates with our brand identity and messaging. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in producing high-quality videos and photography, capturing the essence of our marketing campaigns, events, and social media content.

Beyond your creative contributions, you'll serve as a vital resource for the marketing team, lending your expertise to brainstorming sessions and assisting in the development of effective marketing and advertising strategies. Moreover, you'll provide guidance to additional creative resources involved in various projects, ensuring alignment with our overarching objectives and maintaining consistency across all deliverables.

You'll meticulously adhere to established guidelines, ensuring that every design element reflects our brand ethos and resonates with our audience. To stay ahead of the curve, you'll remain vigilant about industry best practices, design trends, and social engagement techniques, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance our creative outputs and drive greater engagement.

The ideal candidate for this Graphic Designer position brings a Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field, accompanied by:

Additional information

The target salary range: $81,100 - $101,300 per annum. The starting salary is determined based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience and internal equity. Starting salary may exceed the target range on exceptional basis.
