As a member of our fine dining restaurant staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and enjoy an unforgettable dining experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing personalized and attentive service to guests throughout their dining experience.
- Demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings.
- Assisting guests with menu selections and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
- Ensuring the proper set-up and maintenance of dining areas to uphold our standards of excellence.
- Collaborating effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handling guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Upholding hygiene and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and clean dining environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, including wine service.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in guest satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Have minimum of 1 year marketing experience to work with local organizations and sports team promotional events.
