CNC Brake Operator
Location: Rosenort, MB
About the Position
- Set up and operate CNC Press Brakes including adjustment and/or replacement of tooling, guides, and fixtures.
- Review work order and specifications to determine set up procedure, machine sequence and dimensions of finished workpiece.
- Read and interpret provided prints and customer specifications.
- Follow K-Tec's quality/safety procedures.
- Observe/listen to machine to detect malfunctions.
- Records information in manufacturing software.
- Operate forklift in a safe manner to move product - requires a valid driver license.
- Bend metal from .5 lbs up to 800 lbs. (cranes available)
- Cleans and organizes work area.
- Machines you will use: 500/350 Ton CNC Acu press.
Skills/Qualifications
- Strong math background and comfort level.
- Speak, write, and comprehend conversational English.
- Strong attention to detail.
Experience Level: Intermediate Skill Level
