Job Description:Job Description Duties: - Manage and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.- Develop and maintain project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.- Coordinate and communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.- Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to team members.- Utilize project management tools such as SharePoint, Jira, SmartSheets and TFS to track project status and facilitate collaboration.- Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address challenges, and make necessary adjustments.- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.- Identify and mitigate potential risks or obstacles that may impact project success.- Monitor project budget and expenses, ensuring financial objectives are met. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role.- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.- Proficient in using project management tools such as SharePoint, Jira, TFS.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. -Excellent communication skills, ability to develop comprehensive written reports to C-Suite levels. -Relationship-building skills, critical thinking -Highly organized, with demonstrated project management and change management skills.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.- Ability to negotiate with vendors and contractors to secure necessary resources for projects.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for creating project documentation and reports. -Technical certifications in key Microsoft infrastructure. -PMP Certifications -IPMA Certifications -Agile Certifications- Experience in program management is a plus. -Previous hands on experience with Infrastructure or Cloud deployments/migrations.
