We believe in delivering quality results and outstanding customer service to retain our customers and grow our business.You will be responding to inbound leads, performing outbound calls during calling campaigns, and following up with customers on quotes and recommendations.You will find Opportunity for Growth and Development into more responsibilities.Candidates that demonstrate leadership qualities and sales success can grow into supervisory and specialty positions.Qualifications:- Proven Results in meeting or exceeding Sales Targets in the Service Industry- Experience in Sales through phone communication- Proven Results Meeting close rates and sales targets via Phone- Proven Results in Renewal and Retention of existing customers- Successfully contributed to a Sales Team’s success with significant contribution- Competent and accurate with basic math to assist customers with pricing and quotes- Competent computer skills to email and use our core applications- 3+ years of business to consumer sales experience- Experience in sales of a new service is an asset- Lawn Care and Pest Control industry experience is a assetDuties and Responsibilities:- Outbound Sales phone calling campaigns- Handle inbound leads via phone and email with urgency and care- Identify the lawn care goals and needs of potential customers by asking questions- Confidently employ active listening and negotiation skills to finalize a sale- Overcome objections using patience, understanding, and top-notch problem-solving skills- Perform seasonal outbound calling for customer renewals and add-on services- Learn, embrace, and promote our culture, brand, and services- Display a relentless pursuit of customer satisfaction and retention- Meet and exceed company targets for growth, renewal rates, and new customersAdditional Information:- Full time seasonal position from March through November annually- Cover extended hours and some weekend days during seasonal peaks- Position will be mainly virtual/work from home after training- We offer professional development and rewards- Seasonal Part Time position available (25-30hrs a week)Target hourly compensation with commission $20 - $30- Weed Man offers Benefits : Employee Health Spending Account and Group RRSPDo you have a passion for sales, high energy, and a positive attitude?
