Reporting to the Lead Patient Support Program Development (PSPDM), the intern will support the PSP (Patient Support Program) team on a variety of projects to ensure that project planning meets deadlines and execution. In addition, he/she will be able to assist with certain administrative tasks to help the team move forward with projects.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support PSP team with PSP 2.0 (Assistance with project planning, supplier validation/procurement, planning/workgroup planning/management, market research)
• PSP launch preparation/transition tasks (assistance with project support, quality assurance tasks, testing if necessary, KPI configuration/monitoring)
• Assist PSPDM in submitting customer requests (P3) for PSP events with customers.
• Review supplier invoicing and spot-check cost savings that will primarily help physician groups.
• Support the PSP team with audits.
• Support PSP team on Erelzi transition plan (a Sandoz product)

Role Requirements

What you need for this role :

• A bachelor's degree (or in the process of obtaining one) in administration.
• High level of professionalism
• Experience in a cross-cultural environment with a collaborative mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Bilingualism, oral and written, French and English
