This is a great opportunity to manage a sales team of 15 with some interesting value propositions:

You will lead motivate and empower the sales teams to achieve sales targets and drive revenue by setting performance goals and promoting growth. You will craft and execute the sales strategy ensuring that sales targets are consistently met and exceeded. Among other responsibilities, building, managing, and maintaining strategic relationships with clients and potential clients across different industries will merit close involvement.

Location: Onsite in Richmond BC. You must be able to commute to Richmond BC everyday.


CANDIDATE PROFILE


We are seeking an accomplished sales professional having 7-to-12-year sales experience of which at least 2 years should be in managing a comparable Inside sales team. Significant Inside sales experience is a PREREQUISITE; those without this experience will not be considered. Some experience in a call center will be highly valued. You are a hands-on leader with strong people management and coaching skills. You are a self-starter and excel at managing productive relationships with key internal and external partners and all stakeholders.
