PERSONAL LINES CLIENT MANAGER -- MARKHAM
Our client is looking to hire a Client Manager for their Personal Lines Service Lines department in Markham. This individual will provide client service and support to the team.
General Description
- Service Personal Insurance renewals, change, cancellation and claims transactions in accordance with company service/quality standards, including;
- Handle incoming/outgoing calls /e-mails/faxes and walk in traffic
- Quotation skills – New business (as required), cross selling, up selling and remarketing
- Function as first line underwriters, qualifying, maintaining and promoting sound quality business
- Review policy wordings & documents to ensure accuracy and adequacy
- Insurer portal transactions/activity
- Accuracy and adequacy of all TAM documentation
- Manage Accounts Receivables (collection and reconciliation)
- Manage follow up activity
- Maintain professional business relationships with industry partners
- Input all information in Agency Manager System accurately and efficiently per company requirements
- Monitor and meet personal RIBO education credit requirements
- Coaching of Technical Assistants
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma – post secondary education an asset
- RIBO licensed and current with continuing education requirements imposed by RIBO
- 2-5 years Personal Insurance experience
- Enrolled or working toward C.A.I.B. or I.P.
- Working knowledge of EPIC or similar BMS
- Familiarity with MS suite of products
