Eldis Group Partnership (EGP) is a proud Maritime-based eCommerce company. We help do-it-yourselfers (DIY) fix their home appliances, outdoor power tools, and lawn equipment. EGP operates a family of websites, where we provide consumers with the parts and know-how to fix their household products themselves, offering the internet's largest collection of step-by-step installation instructions and videos. EGP is committed to helping consumers repair rather than replace their household products.
We're looking for an Inbound Customer Sales Representative who can:
• Tackle large amounts of customer inquiries, issues, and complaints, head-on while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront of their decision-making and communication.
• Identify customers' needs; clarify their information; research their issues; then provide solutions and/or alternatives to solve their problems.
• Seize opportunities to sell products when they arise. All we require are your excellent customer service and sales skills and we'll take care of the rest!
Calls you can expect:
• “I need a new part for my fridge - I have my model number; can you help me find the right one?”
• “The water to my ice maker isn't flowing – Do you have any suggestions on how to fit it?”
• “My manufacturer, Delta, told me to call you. I need a Mitre Guide for my saw.”

Please note that you must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. We are predominately hiring for mid-shift coverage which starts between 2:00 pm and 1:30 pm AST currently, and shifts could also start earlier or later depending on our needs at the time of hire. Hours of operation are from Monday to Sunday from 8:00 am AST to 1:00 am AST.
