Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Laborer to join our team at IIQAF. As a General Laborer you will be responsible for supporting various departments and performing a variety of tasks to assist in the smooth operation of our company. The ideal candidate will be a reliable and selfmotivated individual with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in various construction production and manufacturing tasks including but not limited to loading and unloading materials moving and organizing equipment and operating heavy machinery.
Support and work alongside team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and productivity.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting cleaning and minor repairs.
Adhere to company policies and procedures always.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
Familiarity with operating basic hand and power tools.
Basic knowledge of construction production or manufacturing processes.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Proven ability to work in a team and independently.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent.
