Job description

Job Title: Assistant Location: Ontario, Canada (Remote) Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Remote Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the flexibility of remote work and is based in Ontario, Canada. Responsibilities: Manage and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and other communications Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members Assist with document preparation, including drafting emails, reports, and presentations Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives as needed Provide support to other departments as requested Qualifications: Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Familiarity with virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
