An excellent role on offer for a Design Manager looking to join a leading energy and sustainability company, where you will work in a technically interesting and challenging role, whilst progressing to a Directorship role long-term.
Are you an expert in using Solidworks 3D? Have you got experience with either chemical processing, thermal and stress analysis, heat exchangers or structural analysis? Have you got a degree or master’s in mechanical, electrical or any engineering discipline? Are you looking to progress your career to a Directorship role?
This dynamic, expanding business specialise in energy efficiency solutions for a range of blue-chip clients within a variety of industries across the energy and renewables industry. They are truly pioneers within this industry and with a growing number of clients and exciting growth plans for the next few years, they are now looking for a Design Manager who will play a pivotal role in this expansion.
In this hugely responsible role, you will lead and manage a design team, covering fluid dynamics, heat transfer, mechanics of materials and manufacturing. You will also lead and execute stack design initiatives, whilst expanding and training your design team. You will also perform analysis of DFMEA, HAZOP, DfM and FEA.
This role would ideally suit a Design Manager who is an expert in Solidworks, who is looking to join a rapidly growing energy company, where you will progress to a Directorship role.
