A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WAREHOUSE CONTENTS - CREW LEAD

As the Warehouse Contents - Crew Lead, your mission is to oversee the efficient processing of contents within our facilities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to established procedures. Your day begins with coordinating the cleaning, handling, and storage of contents, utilizing various equipment and techniques outlined in our processing protocols. You'll lead your team in prioritizing tasks, assigning responsibilities, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to operational excellence, you'll ensure accurate documentation, proper inventory management, and timely completion of projects. Collaborating closely with other departments, you'll address any processing issues, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service. Each day presents new challenges and opportunities to showcase your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our team and the satisfaction of our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years experience in the restoration/emergency industry, preferably working in the Emergency & Contents division and leading jobs.
• We require candidates who are available to work full-time hours from Monday to Friday during regular business hours (7AM-430PM)
• Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check (CRC)
• Ability to complete work activities which may include physical labour, material handling and lifting heavy items, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces (attics, basements, and crawlspaces)
