Job Title: Project Administrator

Salary: $26.89 to $33.61 per hour (Pay Grade 6)
Short
As the Project Administrator, Engineering Management, you will coordinate the Engineering Divisions procurement activities, and maintain entries in the Projects module of SaskWaters Oracle ERP program for the Engineering Division. You will also assist with contract, agreement, and regulatory package administration and provide project administration support, as well as execute reporting on the corporate greenhouse gas reduction program.
To qualify, you will have a diploma or degree in Business Administration or similar, and a valid Class 5 Drivers License. A PMP or SCMP designation would be an asset.
In addition to the above qualifications, the job requires 2 years of progressively more responsible experience in the following areas:
Working knowledge of procurement processes
Reporting preparation and procedures
Working knowledge of administrative best practices
Proofreading and editing/formatting documents
Maintaining and updating template documents
Data entry
Experience with ERP software
Special Requirements: The position requires the incumbent to undergo a Criminal Record Check and Drug and Alcohol test. You must be legally entitled to work in Canada. A valid Saskatchewan drivers license is required.
