Job description

Our client is a successful manufacturing company. Their head office is located in North York, which is where this role will be reporting. With a strong vision, and a desire for growth, the company has a love for what they do, which is evident in the work they accomplish in regards to both customers and employees alike.


The Corporate Credit Manager will report to the CFO, with their main responsibilities consisting of credits and collections management. Other general responsibilities will include establishing credit limits for each branch controller; assisting controllers with Letter of Credit, Notice to Owner, Joint Check, etc.; assisting branch controllers with administration of insurance policy, processing insurance claims, filings and other bankruptcy administration. Other duties will include performing financial statement review where required for key customers, reviewing details of canceled or declined limits to understand basis of decision, preparing monthly reporting of overdue amounts, reviewing accounts receivable listings on a continuous basis, ensuring credits are processed on a timely basis, developing and formalizing credit policies and procedures for branch controllers, and more.
