Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced High-Rise Assistant Superintendent to join our dynamic construction team. This role is instrumental in supporting the day-to-day operations of our high-rise construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing construction site operations, ensuring compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support the Superintendent in scheduling, material ordering, and site logistics.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to project plans.
• Address and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in high-rise construction or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
