RN Unit Manager

Seeking FULL TIME RN Unit Managers.  this job offer is typically scheduled Monday through Friday.
Will provide leadership abilities and organizational capability to the assigned unit.  Will support the resident's Bill of Rights in order to achieve the goals of quality care and restorative nursing care.  Supports and assists nursing administration in the development, implementation, and evaluations of existing and potential patient care programs and acts as a liaison between the residents/families/staff and facility administration.  Primary responsibility is patient care on a 24 hour a day basis. Will direct, supervise, discipline and evaluate unit staff.
Must have current NYSE RN license.  practice in a long term care and rehab setting a plus.  Prior managery practice.
