Account Manager
Member of: Sales and Marketing Team

Agri-Neo’s mission is to help safely feed the world. Our vision to accomplish this is to set new food safety standards with our treatments for many foods. Our first product line is Neo-Pure, which leverages our proprietary technology of liquid formulas and systems that apply our solutions onto spices, seeds, and nuts in food processing facilities. These solutions control pathogens such as Salmonella and E. coli to ensure the food is safe to eat and to prevent recalls. We have several customers throughout North America, Latin America, and Asia, including large mainstream food processors that treat food continuously at high throughputs. We are scaling up our products at more mainstream customer sites to ensure that we set new food safety standards to help safely feed the world.
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to lead our account management activities, capable of growing partnerships with customers and leading new business development initiatives with them. The ideal candidate will be a clear communicator and a strategic thinker focused on developing and nurturing strong relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact, providing ongoing support, guidance, and ultimate resolution of issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and execute joint business plans. The successful candidate will also understand forecasting and delivering results with high accuracy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Account Management
- Manage Agri-Neo’s global customer base. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as the primary point of contact for their needs.
- Achieve customer advocacy by meeting/exceeding KPI targets and maintaining high customer NPS (Net Promoter Score).
- Meet regularly with customers to discuss business performance and outlook, ensure satisfaction, and find new ways to grow together.
- Conduct training to help customers understand and convey the key benefits of Agri-Neo’s food safety technologies to their customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various internal functions to initiate new business opportunities, resolve issues, and provide optimal customer service.
New Business Development
- Develop account business plans that outline strategies for growth, retention, and upselling opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional projects with marketing, sciences, engineering, and operations to achieve customer growth targets.
- Understand customers’ businesses and their audiences. Understand how Agri-Neo technology drives financial value for customers and their customers.
- Lead the identification, creation, and execution of customer projects that drive technology application growth. Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to get customer buy-in.
- Participate in industry conferences and trade shows to drive awareness of Agri-Neo technology and support customer activities.
- Work closely with marketing to support customers in developing marketing collateral.
Sales Forecasting
- Set annual account budget through data analysis and joint customer planning.
- Provide monthly sales forecast, track, and engage with customers to ensure high visibility and accuracy of the annual budget.
- Present account performance reports to the leadership team on a regular basis.
Market Analysis
- Present and make recommendations based on market and competitive data obtained from customers to drive incremental sales from existing customers and uncover new opportunities.
- Participate in the development of go-to-market and expansion strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- University degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of customer management, with a proven track record of success in national account management in B2B environments, preferably in the food industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and CRM platforms (Salesforce, ZOHO, Hubspot).
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to customer sites and industry events.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Valid passport to travel to the U.S. and Internationally.

- Must be proactive and performance-driven, have a bias for action, and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
