Job description

Are you a payroll expert ready for an exciting challenge? We're looking for an experienced Paymaster to join our dynamic team of 260 employees. Their office are Located in Montreal but you will have the chance to work entirely from Home.

Position: Paymaster
Schedule: Full-time
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000
Location: Montreal (Hybrid)

Responsibilities
-Management of the complete payroll cycle, including postings
-Payroll management for 260 employees
-Payroll verification to ensure that source documentation is correctly reflected in the payroll system
Process payroll manually or off-cycle, as required
Processing hirings, terminations and payroll-related changes affecting staff members
-Manage enrollments, premium calculations and terminations related to benefits and group RRSPs

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have at least two years' experience as a Paymaster and a solid knowledge of Employeur D and Cangaroo payroll software. Knowledge of US payroll is an asset.
