Our team is looking for the AI Engineer to join a provider of financial management and business intelligence solutions leveraging cutting-edge AI technology.
As an AI/ML Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our platform by leveraging AI technologies to enhance our business intelligence capabilities. You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of our conversational AI system, enabling seamless interactions with users and delivering valuable insights through natural language processing, data analytics, and market intelligence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of conversational AI features within our financial management and business intelligence platform.
- Champion AI initiatives and drive innovation in machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and data analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and data science to define requirements and deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Develop and deploy machine learning models for data analysis, predictive modeling, and personalized recommendations.
- Implement best practices for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation to ensure high-quality results.
- Develop machine learning models for tasks such as sentiment analysis, trend prediction, and anomaly detection.
- Optimize AI algorithms for performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and apply them to enhance our platform's capabilities.
- Mentor junior team members, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on natural language processing, conversational AI, and data analytics.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala, as well as ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling techniques.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
