Responsibilities

Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Project Manager will be the leader of the Projects department with a team of 2 Coordinators and 1 Supervisor. The key responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:

As the Project Manager, your job duties include coordinating project schedules, supervising the proper procedures, analyzing costs and budgets, ensuring projects are successfully completed in accordance with the objectives, developing the project plan and delivering results for our customers, managing the projects department, handling all special projects for specialized shipments and more.

Qualifications
- 7-8 years experience in Ocean and Air Logistics
- Managerial experience
- Advanced and well-versed industry knowledge in Freight Forwarding
- Leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Cargowise software experience is an asset
- Perfectly bilingual (French and English) **must**
